Year One history topic this term is ‘The Great fire of London'.

The children learned that in 1666 a fire started in a bakery in Pudding Lane. The fire spread very quickly because the houses were made of wood and stood very close together.

Year Five and Six were treated to an inspirational combat fitness class on Wednesday afternoon, courtesy of Stacey Mamoun. Stacey works at Nuffield Health for Les Mills and teaches up to twenty five classes per week, but was still able to fit Clevelands into her busy schedule.

Our Year Five and Six girls competed in the Bolton Town Gymnastics Competition last night.

A member down due to injury, the girls all performed their two routines superbly and were the best team in their vaulting group.
