Water Works

The topic of water is keeping Reception Class very busy in their art and craft area. The children have tried out wax-resist technique to paint underwater scenes, reminding them of their visit to the aquarium.

After learning about keeping clean, they tried printing with bubbles and following a very rainy day, they recreated the rain dripping down our window panes by blowing paint along paper with a straw.

When the rain turned to ice and snow, everyone made a snowman that will never melt, using clay instead of snow, of course! What fun learning can be!
