Reception Class enjoyed using their observational skills to notice fine details when they looked at the daffodils that had grown from bulbs in a pot through the winter. They could identify the stems, leaves, petals and 'trumpet' and tried to paint what they could see. They also learned that daffodils are a favourite flower in Wales, especially on the first day of March which is St David's Day.
