Year Two have worked hard in their Design Technology projects to design and make their own puppets. The children all sewed a great deal of detail onto their puppets before finally sewing them together. Photographed here is Anousheh's cat and Ayron's Superman cape. When all of the threads had been tied and the final buttons had been sewn on, the children directed, rehearsed and performed their own puppet shows. You can see from the photographs that the children had a wonderful time making up stories and bringing their characters to life. The children performed in small groups and also each performed a one person, two handed puppet show bringing two characters to life. They were absolutely superb!

Well done Year Two for your creativity and determination to create such fantastic work. You should all be very proud of yourselves.
