As part of their Design Technology unit of work on ‘Photo Frames’, Year Three children had to learn to use a hacksaw to make a frame out of wood so that the photograph would be secure.  They had to plan, measure and consider safety of themselves and other at all times.  Fortunately, no children or photo frames were damaged in this lesson!
