Using out Senses at Clevelands

This week the Nursery children have been learning about their senses. The pupils have looked at what their different senses are and what we use them for. The children have enjoyed a range of activities involving using and exploring their senses, such as going on a listening walk, using the feely boxes, investigating the smelling pots but most all of they have loved the food tasting activity.

The children used descriptive language to explain how the food tasted. Ali said: “The lemon is sour!” Beau remarked: “The honey is sticky.”
