The children in the Nursery have been learning about water this half term in their topic lessons.

They carried out a scientific experiment using cress seeds. One was given water and the other was not. They put them onto the window sill for a couple of days and the changes were impressive.

The pupils discussed the differences and what had happened. They now know that seeds need water in order to grow.
