Fin-Tastic
Reception Class enjoyed a fascinating trip to Bolton Museum and Aquarium this week. The children were amazed and delighted by so many different shapes, sizes and colours of fish in the aquarium. We were just in time to watch the fish being fed their breakfast which was very exciting indeed. Paul, 'Mr Fish', who looks after the aquarium was able to tell us more about the fish and even show us one of their favourite foods - mosquito paste. You will be pleased to know that none of us wanted to try it so we let the fish eat it all!
This visit inspired us to create our own underwater fishy scenes with all the art and craft tools and materials back in school later in the week.
