Reception Class enjoyed a fascinating trip to Bolton Museum and Aquarium today. The children were amazed and delighted by so many different shapes, sizes and colours of fish in the aquarium.

This inspired us to create our own underwater fishy scenes with all the art and craft tools and materials back in school later in the week. Then we had to search for as many different kinds of animals, birds and other creatures as we could find in the museum. There were too many to count!

We needed a few quiet minutes with a book or two in the library after such an interesting morning at the museum.
