One-to-One Teaching Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant on one-to-one basis to join our team of exceptional educators in our Early Years department. Could that be you?
About the Position
As our Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our student’s academic and personal growth on one-to-one basis, ensuring their learning objectives are met. Your individualised support will help students grasp key concepts and achieve their full potential.
You will also contribute to creating a positive and nurturing learning environment, cultivating a love of learning and ensure that the strategies and targets outlined in the student’s IEP are actively followed.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant (essential).
- Experience as a Teaching Assistant in Early Years (desired).
- An ability to devise and implement a range of strategies to support learning and enjoyment of learning.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
- The ability to inspire confidence and become a positive role model.
