Extra Curricular

Extra curricular activities add to your child’s school life

Clevelands School is not just about classroom learning and academic achievement. We put a significant emphasis on what happens outside of the traditional learning arena with excellent extra curricular activities.

There is a broad range of clubs and extra curricular activities for your child to take part in, which are all designed to support their development into self-assured individuals. Clubs include seasonal sports, craft, baking, computers, dance and much more.

Year Four spend a few days at an outdoor pursuits centre where they take part in activities such as climbing, archery, and orienteering. Year Six go on a residential visit to a water sports centre where they learn to build rafts, windsurf and generally have fun around water.

An optional ski trip is run on alternate years, usually to a French resort where the children can also practise their language skills whilst gaining an understanding of a different culture.
