The Infant and Nursery children visited Christ Church Heaton today.  Reverend French introduced the children to the different characters and animals mentioned in the Bible as she told the story of the Nativity.

The children helped to place the figures in the stable amongst the hay and turn on the light to make the star shine on the scene. The children sang songs by the Christmas tree, saw the Advent Candle being lit and found a special window made of stained glass that pictured the Nativity scene too.

They even spotted a dove hiding in the stable, just like the one in their Christmas Show.
