Earth Hour

School Council learned about the World Wildlife Fund's 'Earth Hour' at their meeting last week. This is an annual event where we are all invited to join millions of people around the world by switching off our lights and being part of the change to protect our planet.  Some of the world’s biggest landmarks – such as the Sydney Opera House, the Empire State Building, Buckingham Palace, and Edinburgh Castle –  switched off their lights as a visual display of their commitment. School Council have displayed posters with more information around school and would love to hear about any of our pupils and families who 'switched off' on Saturday 30th March. #EarthHourUK
